Quality assurance and process optimisation with the digital imaging system DOMAS

PTS-DOMAS is an advanced modular image analysis system. It is based on standard hardware and software components which are supplemented by dedicated modules for paper industry applications.

DOMAS is easily operated. All DOMAS modules are started from a simple start dialog box where all relevant parameters may be defined as required. The settings may be saved and reloaded. Just click on the start button to trigger the analysis. The analytical results are recorded and visualized in an EXCEL spreadsheet for further processing.

If you use the PTS-DOMAS System in the Laboratory Mode, no special operator training is needed. This mode is intended for routine analyses. Just select the desired module and the set of parameters for the applied image source (e.g. scanner, video camera) and for the analysis. Then start the analysis. When shifting to the Administrator Mode, you may optionally combine the modules in the laboratory account to meet the particular needs of your company.
